คุณสมบัติของหม้อหนึ่งฆ่าเชื้อ Water Spray ของเรา

 

 

  • ตัวหม้อทำด้วย Stainless Steel 304 หรือ 316 หนา 6.0 มม

  • โปรแกรมและคำอธิบายต่างๆเป็นภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง ในส่วนของคำแนะนำการแก้ไขปัญหา (Trouble Shooting ) เป็นภาษาไทย v

  • ใช้วาล์วควบคุมการทำงาน steam, air และ vent (ระบายลมออก) แบบวาล์วหรี่ได้ (proportional analog control valves) ซึ่งจะสามารถควบคุมปริมาณ steam, air และ vent ซึ่งมีผลทำให้อุณหภูมิและความดันภายในหม้อคงที่ได้ดี (ดังจะเห็นได้จากกราฟของ Chart Recorder ที่มีเส้นตรงและนิ่ง ตามแนบ) นอกจากนี้วาล์วจะมีอายุให้งานนานไม่เสียง่ายเนื่องจากขณะวาล์วทำงานไม่มีการเปิดปิดตลอดเวลา

  • มีระบบ Password ป้องกันหลายระดับ สำหรับทำการเข้าโปรแกรมโดย Authorized Person Only

  • มีโปรเซสสำรองการทำงานแบบ Manual และ Automatic หากเกิด Process Deviation เช่น ขณะไฟฟ้าดับ หรืออุณหภูมิตกขณะเครื่องกำลังทำงานฆ่าเชื้อ

  • มีหน่วยความจำสามารถบันทึกโปรแกรมได้ 50 โปรแกรม ( 50 ผลิตภัณฑ์)

  • ติดตั้ง Modem สำหรับการบริการทางไกลผ่านสายโทรศัพท์

  • ติดตั้ง UPS สำรองไฟและกันไฟฟ้าสูงเกินซึ่งอาจทำให้ชุดอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าภายในตู้เสียหาย โดยเฉพาะชุด PLC ที่เป็นส่วนสำคัญและราคาแพง

  • มี Air Conditioning Unit ติดตั้งที่ตู้ไฟฟ้า ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากในหม้อ Retort มีอุณหภูมิและความชื้นสูง

  • มีช่องกระจกสำหรับส่องดูภายในหม้อและ ระบบ chain conveyor สำหรับพาตะกร้าเข้า-ออก

  • ท่อ spray และ หัว Nozzle ฉีดน้ำ : มีขนาดเท่ากันโดยการกระจายจากทางด้านบน 3 ท่อ และด้านข้างๆละ 3 ท่อ (ทั้งหมด 9 ท่อ) เหมือนกัน โดยมีระยะระหว่างหัว Nozzle 240 มม. เท่ากัน

  • เครื่องถูกสร้างโดยทีมงานคนไทยทั้งระบบ ทั้งในส่วนของชุดคอลโทรล วงจรไฟฟ้า โปรแกรมการทำงาน และตัวหม้อฆ่าเชื้อ ดังนัน Support และ Service หลังการขายโดยคนไทยในประเทศไทย เงินไม่รั่วไหลไปต่างประเทศ

  • อะไหล่ทุกชิ้นใช้ของภายในไทยทั้งหมดราคาไม่แพงหรือทำการซื้อจาก Supplier โดยตรง

  • รวมการทดสอบการกระจายความร้อน (TD) และออกใบรับรองโดย IFT หรือ NFI

  •  

  • มีการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์สำคัญต่างๆ (ยี่ห้อและรุ่น) เหมือนกันดังต่อไปนี้
