1) Furnace to sinter raw active material (Cathode & Anode ) e.g. -OTF-1200X-80-UL
2) Milling Machine to mill material e.g.-MSK-SFM-1
3) Mixer to mixing active, conductive and binder material into paste in vacuum e.g.- MSK-SFM-2L
4) Coater to coat paste on current collector and attached Heater to dry it e.g. –MSK-AFS-EI300-UL
5) Rolling Press (Calendar) to roll the electrode to proper thickness MSK-E2300B
2. CELL ASSEMBLY
6)Sitting Machine to slit electrode sheet to strip e.g. – MSK-540
7) Vacuum Oven: remove any moister within the cell e.g.-DZF-6050-RTL
8) Ultrasonic Welding Machine to first weld current collector and then tab together e.g. – MSK-800W-220
9) Winding Machine: form layers of Anode, Separator, and Cathode into a cell core e.g.-MSK-112A-C
3 CASE FORMATION AND SEALING
10) Spot Welding Machine: allow contact to be made from cell to bottom of case (grounding) e.g. -MSK-330A
11) Grooving machine: create indent on the neck of case to allow for proper seal (after inserting the cell core e.g.-MSK-500
12) Welding Machine: attach cell to cap (positive) e.g.-MSK-800W-220
13) Electrolyte Filling: inject the case with electrolyte within glove box-MSK-150-L
14) Electrolyte Diffusion & Degassing Chamber for Professio Li-on Battery Research -MSK-170 –
15) Sealing Machine (Crimper): align cap with the open end of case and seal case inside glove box under suitable environment
4. BATTERY ANALYZE
Battery Analyzer: charge/discharge the assembled battery for cell activation e.g. BST8-5A-CST & Battery Analyzer to test the battery’s performance
