    VGB-6-II-LD is a dual stainless steel glove box designed for researchers in material science, chemistry, semiconductor, and related topics. The purification cylinder is made of BASF antioxidant materials from Germany and UOP water adsorbent materials from the US in order to achieve a low water and oxygen concentration of  lower than 1ppm, such that experiments can be conducted in an ultra-clean and highly purified gas environment. It is integrated with vapor pressure control system, gas purification system, automatic gas regeneration control system, auto alarm, and system data log recording. VGB-6-II is widely used in preparing nanomaterials, Li-ion battery materials, catalysts, and metallorganics. 

Dual Jars high Energy Ball Milling

          MSK-SFM-3-II is a dual jar high energy ball mill with 3D movement which can mill two types of powder into nanoscale at the same time.  It has a higher impact force created by three-dimensional movement, e.g. rotation, vibration and oscillation with frequency up to 1000 RPM. The 24VDC motor is built-in with the separated and programmable control unit, which can be operated inside a glovebox with Argon gas.

          KSL-1100X-S-H-LD is a compact hybrid furnace that offers a 4″x4″x4″ heating chamber, and a programmable temperature controller. it is an ideal furnace for preparing small samples up to 1000 oC either under vacuum or controlled atmosphere with maximum energy saving (500 – 700W only). In addition, the compact furnace can be placed into a glove box to sinter samples.

Compact Hydraulic Pellet Press

          YLJ-15L is a  high-quality compact manual hydraulic press, which is capable of generating up to 15 metric tons designed for preparing compound ceramic samples in materials/chemistry research laboratories. The press has a built-in hydraulic pump with an auto-return function for quick die removal & sample retrieval. The lightweight and fully airtight design make it extremely well-suited for operation inside of a glove box where having an inert environment is crucial to prevent unwanted sample contamination. The pressing machine is made in Europe and there are two types of height that can be chosen,  which is suitable put in the glovebox through Airlock Chamber.

Mini Tap Casting / Doctor Blade Coating

       MSK-AFA-HC100 is an NRTL standard mini tape casting coater with the bottom vacuum chuck, which is heatable up to 100ºC and Film applicator is included.
