FURNACE STRUCTURE:
  • Double-layer steel case with two cooling fans, which ensure low surface temperature
  • Energy-saving high purity fibrous alumina liner and insulation
  • High purity Al2O3 coating which provides a longer
    service life

Temperature range:

  • 100~1100° C (Continuous); 1200° C (<1 hour)
  • Max. Heating Rate: ≤ 20° C /min

Heating Zone Length:

  • Two zones: each zone length 8″ (200 mm) Total 16″ (400 mm) heating zone

Thermal Couples :  K type

Three Zones Tube Furnaces
(1100 -1800°C )

FURNACE STRUCTURE:
  • Double layer steel case with two cooling fans which ensure low surface temperature;
  • Energy saving high purity fibrous alumina insulation;
  • Two fibrous ceramic tube blocks are included ( if order tube) for blocking heat radiation from inside of the tube.
  • Heating elements: Fe-Cr-Al Alloy doped by Mo

  • Z1 – Z2 – Z3：152.4mm (6″) + 152.4mm (6″) + 152.4mm (6″)
  • +/-1ºC Constant Temperature Zone: 200 mm length
  • Max. temperature gradient ~100 oC/cm at central 1200°C

4 – 12 Zone Tube Furnaces
(1100 – 1200°C)
