Fume hood (FUME HOOD) ready-made KNOCK DOWN SYSTEM 100% for hood, acid vapor and chemicals that is toxic in scientific practice is an AUTOMATIC BYPASS SYSTEM type.

The size of the cabinet is divided into 2 parts as follows:

The upper part is used for testing.

 – Size 1200 x 850 x 1500 mm. (Width x Depth x Height) 

The lower part is used to store equipment.  

 – Size 1200 x 850 x 850 mm (Width x Depth x Height)

 Fume hood structure (Selected Material as of your requirement -Fiberglass, epoxy powder-coated steel, and stainless steel)

The exterior is made of fiberglass (Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester) chemical resistant type or epoxy powder-coated steel or stainless steel. The interior walls are homogeneous, made of fiberglass grade Vinyl ester resin or polypropylene, with built-in paint that can be cleaned.

Fume hood door Sliding open (Sash) for work. It is 6 mm. thick tempered glass. The sliding handle frame is made of fiberglass that does not rust. Fastened with a plastic-covered sling to move up and down vertically, a pulley is a ball bearing type embedded in a Rigid nylon rod and can be stopped at any distance as needed. with a pendulum as a counterweight

Inside the hood and control

Inside the fume hood, there is a square-shaped  sink made of fiberglass with a gutter designed to slope towards the sink to prevent water droplets caused by condensation of the windpipes. Do not let it flow out to contaminate the work area. with odor and sediment trap (Bottle waste trap) made of Polypropylene

Epoxy resin work top

Work surfaces are made using superior quality quartz sand and epoxy mixed with special bond formulated to achieve optimum chemical resistance. Epoxy resin worktops have excellent mechanical strength and flatness, and are manufactured to precise dimensions. They are durable, easy to clean and heat resistance with standard thicknesses of 19 mm

Phenolic resin work top

Work surfaces are available in a wide range of colors and are available in Standard thicknesses of 16 mm. 20 mm. and 25 mm. Phenolic resins are good chemical resistance, excellent impact resistance, economic panel sizes, scratch resistance & durable all round performance and Good clean ability
